Scope of Application

These Terms govern the use of the Noesion mobile application, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By downloading, accessing, or using the application, you agree to these Terms.

Freemium Model & Premium Subscription

  • The app is offered under a freemium model: a first section is free, additional features require a Premium subscription.

  • Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription via in-app purchase (IAP).

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewed at the end of each period unless cancelled.

  • No free trial is offered.

Subscription Management & Cancellation

  • Payment and billing are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

  • If you cancel, you retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.

Refunds & Withdrawal Right

  • Refunds are subject to the App Store or Google Play Store refund policies. NOESION does not process refunds directly.

  • Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services. By subscribing to Premium, you expressly agree that the service starts immediately and waive the right of withdrawal once access has been granted.

User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating and using an account.

  • Use the app lawfully and not attempt to harm or misuse the service.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and trademarks of the Noesion app are owned by NOESION and protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Availability of the Service

NOESION makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the app but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOESION shall not be held liable for indirect damages or service interruptions. Consumer protection rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediation service free of charge, after first contacting our customer service (support@noesion.ai).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
